Well on Tuesday we had a district meeting where our zone leaders talked to us about trying to find more families to share the Gospel with. It's a good idea and Elder Moses and I have been working to put it into practice. For Elder Moses and myself we seem to have a silent understanding of what needs to be done at times. It occurred more when we were first placed as companions.
Wednesday I hit 11 months on my mission. In addition, our phone wouldn't turn on so Elder Moses and I had to go to the mission home to pick up another one. We took a tro tro into the city and walked our way to the other station buying some traditional bracelets and a shower curtain. Later in the day we took some investigators to the ward choir practice.Thursday we had a coconut seller climb our coconut tree to cut off some for us. Elder Moses has mentioned that in Sierra Leone it is common for people to use the milk from the coconut to flavor the rice so I took the opportunity to give it a try and I have to say that it was quite nice because I have needed to look for other foods to prepare at the apartment.
Friday we went to visit a member to teach her reletive where she told us that her two house helpers (teenage maids) had run away from the house and taking some of her money as well.
Saturday Elder Moses and I decided to go to the ward's Get Fit activity which consisted of ten laps around the football pitch and then some other muscular workouts. After the group finished we joined the rest of the members cleaning the ward building for church the next day.
